Farm to Table Dinner

You are cordially invited to join Shamus Restaurant and McCollum Orchards for our Farm to Table Dinner on the lovely, historic McCollum Orchards farm.

We have a magical evening planned including a five course meal prepared by Shamus’ own Chef Dave Stoll. Each farm fresh course will be expertly paired with a wine or craft beer, celebrating the natural abundance of Lockport and the surrounding Niagara region.

Cocktails will be served prior to dinner accompanied by a tour of the farm hosted by Farmer Rich. Farmer Rich will make history come alive as he describes the efforts of the 6th generation bringing the farm back to life.

Dinner will be served on the farm lawn beneath twinkling, lighted tents with a backdrop panoramic view of the working farm fields.
